The research strategy will include training on research methodology for managers to conduct action research at schools as well asthe following research:

• Impact study of training
• A longitudinal study
• Surveys and focus group interviews conducted to assess the efficacy of the programmes as well as to review materials.

Over the years, MGSLG has commissioned its own research leading to reports being published.
