Dysfunctional Schools

Baseline evaluation on dysfunctional schools is to be undertaken. The analysis derived will be used to respond to the challenges that these schools are facing. Training and development will ensure that the contextual realities are considered and addressed. Identified critical skills are to be selected to enhance performance in the short term and work towards sustainable capacity building.
