Multi-purpose Facilities
Situated in Vrededorp, opposite Braamfontein, the Campus includes an administrative building, which involves training of school management teams and school governing bodies of the Gauteng Department of Education.
The premises have been renovated and redecorated and can be used for a number of functions.
The Hall
This is located in Block A which is one side of the main administration block. It has a seating capacity of 200. There is a small courtyard near the entrance of the hall which can be used as a refreshment area. The technical facilities of the hall are:
- A stage with a podium and a large screen
- A sound system
- A DVD player/ video machine
- An OHP
This venue is ideal for conferences, meetings, educational activities, youth and community groups etc.
The cost to hire the above facilities all inclusive is R 4 000 per day.
Training Rooms
In addition to the hall, the school has 2 training rooms which can accommodate 30-40 delegates per room. These rooms can be opened to accommodate a larger number of up to 70 delegates seated theatre style. THe technical facilities in the training room are flipcharts and pens, desks (if required) and chairs.
The cost to hire: R 1 200.00 per training room.
The Data Projector is hired out at a cost of R500.00 per day provided it is used on the premises.
Parking
There is ample parking for all of the above-mentioned venues which can be used for no extra charge.
Catering
The courtyard can be used for catering and can be arranged through preferred service providers at the institute at competitive rates.
